Bento dos Santos Kangamba, the President of Kabuscorp do Palanca, has expressed his disappointment with the signing of Jacques, a player still under contract with his team, by 1º de Agosto. In an interview with Rádio Cinco, Kangamba called out both 1º de Agosto and Petro for signing players on the street and urged the big clubs to follow the correct procedures and not poach players from other teams without proper negotiations. Kangamba promised to notify the management of 1º de Agosto regarding the issue. He emphasized the need for clubs to be more professional in their player recruitment process.
