Luanda, Angola – Bento Kangamba, President of Kabuscorp Palanca, has demonstrated his passion for challenges by investing in sports and bringing some of the world’s most notable athletes to Angola. Among the athletes he has brought to the country are Zerzenay Tadesse, the world champion in the half marathon, Hailé Gebresselassie, Bonsa Direba, Josphat Menjo, and Silas Sang, all of whom have won the Lisbon Half Marathon.

Kangamba’s latest investment focuses on football and has resulted in the arrival of the Brazilian football legend Rivaldo Vítor Borba Ferreira, better known as Rivaldo, at the club. Under the guidance of Victor Bondarenko, the team has set its sights on winning the 2012 championship in the National Football Championship of the First Division.

Bondarenko expressed his optimism, stating “We will do everything to improve our results from last season. Rivaldo’s presence in the team will undoubtedly help us achieve our goals, and we are excited to see what he will bring to our squad.”

Rivaldo has played for some of the biggest clubs in the world, including Barcelona and AC Milan, and won numerous club trophies, as well as the Copa America in 1999 and the World Cup in 2002. He was also awarded the Ballon d’Or in 1999.

Kangamba’s investment in sports showcases his dedication to promoting sports and athletics in Angola. The latest investment in football is expected to elevate Kabuscorp Palanca to new heights.
