Businessman and politician Bento Kangamba has made a philanthropic visit to the municipality of Amboim in the province of Cuanza Sul. During his stay, Kangamba brought much-needed essential goods to the local community, with a particular focus on medicine.
In total, Kangamba donated 26 tons of medicines and food to the regional hospitals of Gabela and Boa Entrada, which was witnessed by members of the municipal administration, health officials, and the general public.
The Director-General of the Gabela Regional Hospital, Marta Ngueve, expressed her gratitude on behalf of the institution, stating that “this donation comes at an opportune moment, as it will meet the needs we were feeling.” She also called on other businessmen and individuals to follow Kangamba’s example.
Kangamba’s philanthropic visit is a much-needed gesture of support for the local community, and his generosity will undoubtedly make a significant impact on the lives of those in need.
